Each of Polyfab’s shade cloth lines, including Comtex, Polytex, and Architec 400, is created with monofilament and tape construction for added durability. The fabrics’ high strength-to-weight ratio, Raschel Knit composition, and UV resistance also provide ultimate protection. All three comply with fire codes ASTM E-84 Class 1 or A rating and NFPA 701-2010.

Comtex
Comtex® is ideal for medium to larger residential and commercial projects that require higher tensile loadings.
Polytex
Polytex® is recommended for residential and small commercial installations with unsupported spans of 25 feet or less.

Designed for large commercial tension membrane structures and shade sails, this fabric incorporates the latest in ultra violet stabilizers providing improved color consistency and colorfastness.

Sunbrella Contour
Sunbrella Contour is a rich, textured shade fabric delivering the ultimate in UV protection, color uniformity, and long-lasting performance. It features a unique, patent-pending construction that emphasizes its rich 15 color offerings.
Offering optimal light transmission, Sunbrella Contour filters light while still allowing water to pass through. Sunbrella Contour is more supple and less abrasive than other shade fabrics, offering easier fabrication and installation. Creases and wrinkles that may appear during fabrication will quickly smooth out after the installation. Ideal for many applications where the aesthetic of a textured fabric is desired.
Sunbrella Contour is GREENGUARD® certified and carries a 10-year warranty against the loss of color and strength due to normal usage and exposure to the elements.

Commercial FR300 (SaFRshade™)
Made from UV stabilized HDPE monofilament and tape yarns. Commercial FR 300 has a specialized lock stitch knit for more air movement and better channeling of cool breezes. It is constructed to block up to 95% of harmful UV rays. Commercial FR 300 is recyclable, tear resistant and will not crack, rot or fade and has a 10 year manufacturer's warranty against UV degradation. It is 100% lead and phthalate free. GREENGUARD® and OEKO-TEX® Certified.
