Awning Fabrics

Ferrari Précontraint®
Color Design 502

Designed and manufactured with the exclusive Précontraint Ferrari technology, Color Design 502 delivers a remarkable performance in dimensional stability, weather resistance, and durability. Flame retardant  with an eight-year warranty, it is available in a wide selection of colors with plenty of design flair and sophistication. This unique fabric is best suited for light structures as well as commercial and residential awnings, half-spherical awnings, pergolas, and entrance canopies. Flame Resistant Standards Met: California State Fire Marshal Title 19, NFPA 701, ASTM E-84 Class A.

 

Sunbrella®

A favorite for awning and marine use, Sunbrella fabric offers excellent fade and weather resistance. Stain-resistant and livable, Sunbrella fabrics are worry-free and durable enough to withstand the extremes of Mother Nature and remain beautiful season after season. The fabric is pliable, water repellant, and guaranteed for ten years against loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions. Sunbrella is available in over 140 solids and stripes. FR Standards Met: California Technical Bulletin 117-2013 Class 1.

 

FIRESIST 

Carrying a five-year warranty, FIRESIST is specifically designed for the commercial awning, canopy, and shade markets. With its state-of-the-art combination of flame retardant performance and UV resistance, FIRESIST fabric is woven from high UV and fade-resistant solution-dyed fiber with a proprietary coating and finish that results in superior weather, stain, mildew, and flame resistance. Extremely strong and tear resistant, FIRESIST is engineered for ease of fabrication. FR Standards Met: California State Fire Marshal Title 19; NFPA 701, Test Method 2; CPAI-84, Tent walls and roof; FMVSS 302; ASTM E84.

 

STAM6002L

An ideal high-performance material for open-air habitats, eco-lodges, canopies, pergolas, small tents, and lightweight tensioned structures, STAM6002L's high-tenacity polyester micro-yarn base cloth provides exceptional flexibility and strength. In addition to ensuring maximum structural resistance to elongation and tearing, the PVDF finish ensures long-term resistance to UV radiation and dirt. Phthalate-free, GREENGUARD® certified, compliant with current REACH regulations, this waterproof fabric carries an 8-year warranty on fixed framed awnings and canopies. FR Standards Met: California State Fire Marshal Title 19, NFPA 701, ASTM E-84 Class A.
